These terms cover OneDrop, the inventory app at this site and the OneDrop browser extension. Scratch Labs is the operator. Questions go to support@onedropapp.com.
The service
OneDrop stores one record of an item and helps you send it to marketplaces you choose. eBay listings are sent with eBay’s seller APIs when you connect an eBay account. Depop, Mercari, Vinted, Poshmark, Etsy, and Grailed are filled in your own browser. You review the form and press Post or Publish yourself. OneDrop does not run a headless browser, store marketplace passwords, or press those buttons for you.
Your account
You need an accurate email and a password you keep to yourself. You are responsible for listings, prices, photos, and claims you publish. The price field is yours. OneDrop does not invent a sold price.
Sales and items to remove
When you mark an item sold, or when an eBay sale is detected, OneDrop tries to end the eBay offer through eBay’s API and queues the other marketplaces where the item is listed as items to remove. The extension can open those pages. You confirm the removal. Visiting a marketplace page that already shows the item as sold can record that sale in OneDrop. Detection can miss a sale. You still need to check the marketplaces that matter.
Plans
Free holds 25 active listings and 25 AI drafts a month. OneDrop Pro is $12 a month for 1,000 active listings and 300 AI drafts a month, billed by Stripe as a subscription. The plan changes when Stripe confirms payment, a cancellation, or a failed invoice. You can manage or cancel from Settings, which opens the Stripe customer portal. A Stripe test key does not create a live charge.
Acceptable use
Do not use OneDrop to break a marketplace’s rules, to scrape credentials, to bypass a captcha, or to post items you do not have the right to sell. Scratch Labs may close an account that does that.
Marketplace terms
eBay, Depop, Mercari, Vinted, Poshmark, Etsy, and Grailed have their own terms. OneDrop is not affiliated with them. A failed API call, a changed sell form, or a rejected listing is between you and that marketplace. Scratch Labs does not guarantee a sale or a successful crosslist.
Ending use
You can stop using OneDrop and disconnect eBay from Settings. Scratch Labs can suspend the service. These terms are governed by the laws that apply to Scratch Labs, without a choice-of-court clause beyond what those laws require.
